We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. You may return any item within 30 days of receiving it, for any reason — you changed your mind, it was not quite right as a gift, or it simply is not what you expected. No explanation needed, no restocking fee.

How it works

• Tell us within 30 days of receiving your order, using the contact form with your order number.
• We send you the return address in Israel once your return is approved.
• Send the item back unused and in its original packaging, using a tracked service.
• We refund you in full — the full price you paid for the item — to your original payment method (PayPal or card) within 5 business days of the item reaching us.
• Prefer an exchange? We will gladly send a replacement instead, at no extra product cost.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Our warehouse is in Israel, so we recommend a tracked service and suggest you check the cost with your local post office before returning a heavy item. The original shipping charge on your order is not refunded.

Arrived broken or faulty?

Then it is on us. If your order arrives broken, damaged in transit, or with a manufacturing defect, email a photo together with your order number and we will refund you in full or send a replacement — you do not need to ship anything back and you pay nothing. Please keep the original packaging until the claim is settled, as carriers occasionally ask for photos of it.
